1. Fieldwork: understand the business dynamics in detail We start by understanding your business operations. Nothing can replace the real world, so we first get to know your operation, your employees and your customers in order to get a feel for the challenges of practice.

2. Explore the raw data set
Once we have got to know the practice, we will investigate the data set. We test it for validity and whether it is correct according to our common sense. If we are confident that the dataset is correct, we will break it up and explore it to generate interesting questions.

3. Build hypotheses
Due to the knowledge from the practice and what is found in the data, we sit down to draw up hypotheses. This gives us guidance on what we want to investigate and what we need to answer the questions.

4. Collect and sort the relevant data
